Love it. Need to get the background buzz out of your mics, but otherwise i really appreciate the video. That's actually the exact combination I've been looking at, so it's great to hear how it all interacted and the sounds you're getting. Thanks guys!

The pedalboard is nice, it is a good build, but you could do more with less (in price, size of board, number of pedals, etc).

Strange setup. Why don't you put the pedals with footswitches (hx stomp and cali76) closer to the front edge.. Are you supposed to step onto the equalizer while pressing the footswitches during a gig

It’s great! Just the hum while playing is a lot 😅 but not hating!

The limited edition tone hammer just sound better(it’s only the design that looks cool)

Why is everyone going for this sound? All these records and worship bands sound the same.

It is because this sound fits in the mix with the way CCM is written, in particular with up to 7 guitar parts. We could also state that all slap bass songs sound the same, which is true as well.

I think it is because many Worship bands try to sound very similar, slow tempos, atmospherical sounding etc etc. If you check out other type of Worship music like Israel H or Tye Tribbet, the bass sound is complete different: No drive, no octavers, no line 6, no Cali compressors haha.. Hillsong type sound was very popular years ago. Nowdays, is "Elevation Worship sound"

@@vhom20 correct, Israel Houston, Byron Cage and etc. are not CCM they are Gospel so they have a different sound profile. I have played many of their songs live as well and normally it is a Jazz Bass or active modern bass with a scooped mid profile vs. thick distortion

You don't need all those pedals to get those tones. Those are basic P bass tones.
