Everyone has a spine. The reason Sofie can do what she does is because she trained her back muscles to bend in that direction, which contract and extend based on what she does, and her spinal disks are pliant enough to allow for those extreme bends. She's got both a strong and flexible back, and her spine is trained to support that.
