    Siamo.ammirati quando ci appare una roccia davanti, maestosa e pur sempre ingombrante per i nostri occhi. Lo stesso potrebbe essere per uno.che ha tanta scorrevolezza in un tocco di fine di eleganza, come un Foulard di pura seta.
    McLaurin si veste di eleganza sopraffine e ci regala lo scorrere dei suoni in un binario incantato dove luci e ombre si fondono in un tutt'uno di gran classe.

    He's obviously very capable but I found the playing too affected. I preferred him in the previous round.

      Yes - I agree with your observation. I was quite surprised in fact - I just looked at a clip of him playing a Mozart piano sonata at Curtis Institute in 1915. I was quite struck by his sane and tasteful approach there - I don't know what happened to him along the way. Perhaps he was put into the hands of the wrong teachers...I'm sure he will recover though. Even here one sees his enormous gifts.
