There is no wrong of him thinking about employment and people but he can't do anything to that like he is a star not politician that he will change smth in this world and where he should give his point and talk on matter, he is not. What if someone hit him and everyone just say this is bulls*it, it's rude. If you don't wanna talk then don't but please saying that "this bulls*it" I don’t think he gave some good answer.
