@@FeedbackPete1I saw them do The Gap tour in ‘84 at the Playhouse, cracking gig. Support were a band called Savage Progress. It’s a pity it was a Sunday night, would’ve had to leave early for the train.
@@jaypea9892 I missed them live in the 80's my excuse is I was just 14 and a naive one at that. I remember the band talking about Savage Progress on Saturday Superstore. That's my problem with Edinburgh gigs. Because I live in Inverclyde you feel as if your clock watching near the end. It's easy getting back to Glasgow. But it's getting back to Inverclyde you struggle with as the last train down that way is 11.50. Luckily i was able to share a hotel room with a friend. But in August when I see Keane at the 02 I've decided to make a night of it and stay in a hotel near Princes street then I can relax and be able to check out the festival next day.
Great memories for me, coming from abroad to see Tom Bailey. I remember you talking in front of me with man in green shirt (from Dublin?) before the concert. I was in the second row row C.
That's right my friend Colin. And another friend was there Greg and his partner Brenda all the way from America. They where sitting not far from you in C11 and 12.
Fantastic upload! Have you anymore from that night? We were there too and went to the VIP q& a before the gig and asked Tom if he ever came back to Yorkshire and who his favourite bands were from the 80's😊

Superb!
Absolutely gutted I missed it, Sunday night transport isn’t the best!
Sorry you didn't get to see it.
