      I do have all of the Polar Product Range, with the liquid in large quantities due to promotions. The Polar Gun is great, and the Polar Wash is OK, though after a few wash excursions I do skip the other products as I find them to be unnecessarily time consuming with zero benefit. So, I go rinse, Polar Wash with gentle agitation, Pure Shampoo 2 buckets method, followed by Ceramic Spray . . . Obviously then some tyre and trim finishers

      I find that the polar seal isn't quite as good as auto finesse lavish ceramic foam. The polar wash is okay but I don't like a wash foam I only use foam for pre rinse like the blast. The blast is great

    Used to use this years ago when it first come out the polar blast (snow foam) was expensive £18 for 2.5 litres ? And it cleans ok the same goes for the shampoo it's OK at best compared to say garage therapy snow foam and bilt hamber auto foam/touchless which are much cheaper and clean considerably better i still use the polar seal that's not to bad value for money using only 40ml Auto Glym are old school and still make some cracking products the quick ceramic Detailer in my opinion is 1 of the best out there 👍👌

    • @TranquilityBaseDetailing
      @TranquilityBaseDetailing Před 2 lety +1

      Good questions bud.
      So in theory if you can wash your car without physical contact it's safer for the paint. This means if you can get away with a foam/rinse combo then do that.
      However as this video shows the foam is not strong enough to fully clean the car without sponge/mitt work.
      This is where I need to advise a little caution. Could you sponge in and rinse? Yes. Is the foam slick enough to allow that without significant scratching? Depends how dirty the car is.

      This is no problem. What I recommend is to dry the car with, for example, a leaf blower and then finish with a fiber cloth. Just make sure that no water droplet dries up. The beading etc on the windshield is particularly good, the wipers will not cause white streaks.

    Your answer to - Is it worth buying, No, if you're already into detailing or Yes, if you have no experience in detailing and just want a clean car. In which case you're saying not for yourself.. Having used the products I would say If you're looking for a quick way and cheap way to clean the car then great this is because you get some paint protection, but the bucket and washing solution will be cheaper with no paint protection. The take away from this is, no good car cleaning is done quickly, put research and effort in and you will get better results and a longer paint protection period.
