- Oscar-nominated actor Hugh Jackman is a man of many talents, proving his range with roles as a the ripped Marvel superhero Wolverine in “X-Men” and ringleader P.T. Barnum in “The Greatest Showman.” His latest role as Gary Hart takes him to the political circus in the new movie, “The Front Runner.” In this week’s Sunday Sitdown, Jackman talks to Willie Geist about his theatrical roots, his loving marriage with Deborra-lee Furness, and the inspiration for his cafe in New York City, Laughing Man Coffee.

Hugh Jackman is so sweet and so funny and so kind. God Bless him.
Hugh Jackman is the best, actor, singer, dancer, coffee maker, human being, etc. etc.
I always had the biggest crush on him.
I remember I was 14 years old and I was watching a Meg Ryan chick flick called Kate and Leopold and was intrigued by Meg's leading man and said to myself by god his so charming and hot. Love his British accent too. Little did I know that it was Hugh Jackman. A few years after watching Kate and Leopold I wanted to find out more about him and was shocked that he was Austrailian. The dude is like a chamelon he can be an American next and British in another film
So yeah I have to thank Meg Ryan for introducing me to Hugh Jackman

Watched this man a few times before and after The Boy From Oz Performance talking to and signing autographs for fans, it is not a act he is truly a nice guy. He could grab a blackboard and give lessons to other stars on how to appreciate fans.

Why is he referred to as Australian born rather than Australian ?
Because His parents were English and had come to Australia in 1967 as part of the "Ten Pound Poms" immigration.

‘This is the best movie. Everything else, TERRIBLE!’. 😂
It's a matter of personal tastes. I don't like musicals but I don't define The Greatest Showman TERRIBLE, although I consider it's a movie suitable especially for Walt Disney's nostalgics and it's no coincidence that children enjoyed it so much. Anyway, he did not get an Oscar nomination for this movie, he did not win a Golden Globe for this movie. Logan, Prisoners, The Fountain and The Prestige, are to this day, his best performances as an actor throughout his career. I expect The Front Runner will be soon added to these four films. Not by personal choice oriented by personal tastes, but by the opinion of the most quoted professional film critics.
