I like hearing Turpin is taking rb reps. He’s not a super heavy guy but he’s quick and extremely explosive.
They also need to get Turpin on some deep routes.... there isn't a db that can run with Turpin
Whole thing makes zero sense with the Oline especially.
The entire team’s philosophy is to draft young players to replace vets and don’t sign any external free agents or high priced free agents.
If that’s the case you obviously need young players drafted to immediately get reps and start if you want to develop a good team and potentially improve from the previous season. There would be no other way.
So letting guys like Tyron and Tyler B walk and then spending 1sts and 3rd on LT and C and your Oline coach is fickle about it and doesn’t want to give them starting reps over bum veterans…

We need to start looking for a profitable trade partner for Lance, and somewhere to come up with a third string quarterback to start developing.

At the end of day Lance trade was a waste of a draft pick when there were other position you could’ve bolstered that may have made an impact during the playoffs but instead they choose to use it on a 3rd string QB. Was a waste of a pick then and now. Trey Lance should’ve never been or problem and any scout that says Dallas had him high on their draft board should be fired because he isn’t a starting QB in the nfl. Just another bad transaction by the Jones crew that everyone wants to defend. Not a hill a would choose to die on
Why does Bobby keep hyping Dak? Did he miss the playoff game last year? Dak looked like the guy with only 500 snaps lifetime on his resume. Not Lance. Dak mostly looks like a scared rookie in the playoffs.

Bobby been wrong a few times about the team. Like last year when he underestimated GB. I think Trey young has to get NFL games under his belt. There has been great QB over the years who started slow. Again, Trey only played 9 total NFL games. Let that sink in

I think you could scheme some plays where Trey Lance is in the backfield and a pitch to him, or he runs a route as a WR. Or TLance at QB with QB designed run. How about using him on Tush Push?

I am glad people now are realizing that aside from Zimmbeing there....my boy JG..,yeah you heard right.....JG ran a harder practice. Tried to tell people. JG did eas never given enough players on defense. He had Sean Lee, Jeff Heath who would destroy you over the middle and LVE at the end, we gotta run the ball down Quinn's throat. It's apparent they don't want to over load Guyton which is fine, its not even day 9 of camp. Guyton will be fine and ready week 1. People like Voch talk too much .....if it was up to Voch BeBe would be bad snaps half of practice rui ing it for everyone. Hoffman is not bad at all. Cooper needs tome and that is okay.... people should calm down. What I hear is Bryan and especially Jefff are killing Mazi, Nate is saying he is getting better and Two people Fish trust say he is doing okay. I know this, the Rams and their bandwagon fans can't get to Oxnard fast enough. Just be happy we have nore than 3 linebackers. WE GOT PLAYERS ON DEFENSE!!!
Yeah I'm confused about the Mazi information coming from Bryan and Jeff. It's weird to see Bryan and Fish on opposite sides. I lean more towards Fish on this. Mazi is working his way back from a shoulder injury and working with a new DC. It's going to take a little time for him to adjust. Once he gets the basics down, he'll be fine.

Both look to be Martin replacements rather than Tyler B replacements.

When Dak started in '16 he was Usually not very good at practices then balled out during games. Maybe he's a gamer like Dak.

I think Bryan is making excuses because of the arm talent and physical tools. The old scout in him don’t want to let go because of the upside. Trey needs a lot of work to succeed in this offense that is not the best of fit for him. He’s just not a drop back QB, he would fit better in an offense like Philly.
Trey is not rookie. He’s considered an NFL veteran now. He hasn’t grown enough as a player. He couldn’t even earn the 3rd QB spot on San Fran. How is he going to beat Cooper Rush?

Trey Lance with reps and experience is way better than dak, McCarthy said he need reps that’s it.
I hope he's right about Trey Lance. He is a good kid that tries hard. He has untapped potential. I just want to see some consistency out of him. At least hit the open throws and make faster reads. It's the mental stuff I worry about with Trey.
