    Just balanced my wheel flowing your video! Bought balance stand from Harbor Freight. The balance came out spot on perfect The motorcycle shop balanced the same wheel twice and couldn’t get it correct!

    I like your style and really enjoy your videos. I always use gloves with anti seize, cause it tends to get everywhere and it’s hard to get off.

      Thank You! I appreciate the support. Yes, wearing glove’s absolutely helps. It’s easier to wipe off the glove than it is your hand. For some reason, I just didn’t wear any this time.

    Very well done video. However, I can give a little word of caution for well used rotors and bolts. Due to the extreme heat those bolts are exposed to during operation, heat,and penetrating fluid can help to remove the weak t45 design of that particular bolt. Lastly, close attention should be focus in keeping the t45 and ratchet in a STRAIGHT 90 degree angle. I have seen many high end t45 bolts and bits damage due to proper use or lack of proper preparation. Great information has been publish on this particular subject.

    What are your thoughts on the liquid tire balancer. You make working on your bike look so easy.

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  Před 7 měsíci

      I’ve never tried the liquid balancer. I don’t know how that would hold up over time, and if different temperatures would have any effect. I’m currently testing out the bead Balance of the front tire. I like to visually see the weights, and if one falls off I can always add another

    Thank you for the details on all your videos, question? When you do the final torque 140ftlb that’s when bike weight on the floor ?

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  Před 2 měsíci

      Thank You for the support and watching! It doesn’t really matter. As long as your wheel is locked and not in neutral or spinning, it should be fine.

    Love those rotors! Question though, can I change just the front? I feel like thats alot of work for something that's hidden by my saddlebags anyway. But, performance wise.....will changing just the front be a problem?

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  Před 6 měsíci

      There’s nothing wrong with just changing out the front. You will still be adding additional stopping power.

    I appreciate your videos , I did change my rear tire successfully thanks to your videos, by the chance do you know why is belt deflection for a 2017 road glide special? I lost my service manual😞 I notice you have same bike

      I’m glad this video was helpful. It should show it on the Harley Website or the forums. It should be the same for 2015-2021 models, but not 100%. You can always purchase a digital service manual online for around $25

      @@RAIDERWORLDit seems that we may use different terminology. What you refer to as rear tire removal, I would call rear wheel removal. As a guy who has already removed my rear wheel from my bike, I was hoping to see your tire come off your wheel! Nevertheless, your procedure is meticulous and your aftermarket parts selection is primo👌.

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Oh ok, I got you now. Unfortunately I do not have any videos (yet) covering tire removal. I will in the future 🤘🏽

    What you think are better performing these brakes or the galfer??

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  Před 7 měsíci

      I’ve never ridden with Galfer Rotors before, so I can’t really say which one is better. I would say that the Lyndalls Coiled ring retaining system vs the Galfer button style is far superior. I have heard those rattle over time
