There are no markings of any kind on Michael's crypt, because of the fear of his grave being vandalized, by rabid fans, haters or opportunists. We are not allowed to walk through the mausoleum for the same reason, and at the behest of the families of other celebrities who are also interred there. Although I understand the reasoning for all of his, it still is heartbreaking to know that, as in life, Michael is forever sequestered from so many who loved him. I would deem it an honor to be able to leave a bouquet of red roses there at his tomb, silently and respectfully. With all my heart, I wish someone would restore Neverland, as a memorial park for our MJ. His fans could bring back the love he once felt there. Still, the video of his resting place, is a comfort. Thank you, Mr. Kalt, for bringing this to us. May he rest peacefully, til the trumpet blows.

I wish that they would open never land and let the fans and those who loved him go there to see the place that Michael created. To see the life he lived. To make sure that his name would never be forgotten. Never land either needs to be occupied by his children or turned into a memorial or kept just the way Michael left it for all eternity but it should NEVER be sold. No they wont. This isnt open to the public. Only family who has pre-approved clearance can get in. This place is a fortress. There are many famous people in the holly terrace. Its heavily guarded 24/7.

Teagan F nope he’s not cremated he’s inside the tomb because as far as yesterday he had flowers around his tomb and photos of him I have access to the mausoleum because I know someone entombed in the same section . Plus I had an incident where a guard harassed us because he thought we wanted to take pics inside the mausoleum so I filed a complaint and the director of forest lawn called me and said he was sorry and it’s because mj is in the same area as the person I was visiting and there was some ppl inside the mausoleum causing trouble and the guard got confused and thought it was us this was earlier this year .

Oh, I did go earlier some years ago. You wouldn’t believe the damage those fans did to the surrounding personal niches and interments . That’s why they have cameras now and you have to know who you are to get in. No one has the right to damage another’s burial site in their grief for Michael.
Thank you for the tour. My father is buried just walking distance from Michael’s resting place. It is highly secured and no one could gain access. It’s not guarded now. I visit Michael’s tomb every time I visit my Dad’s grave and it’s so well secured AND monitored of course, they don’t even need a 24 hr guard. There are always a large amount of cards and flowers there, that time passing never seems to make them diminish. Thanks again. 🙏❤️💡
Jane Tande they do have 24 hour guards I have friends buried here and friends who work their don’t forget they have movement sensors inside the mausoleum plus the cameras a lot of people do not know this . When mj was entombed inside the mausoleum the Jackson’s made sure Forest Lawn upgraded their security system inside the mausoleum. The security does hourly patrols of the mausoleum
I knew Michael personally for years. Haven't been able to visit his grave, due to living 3,000 miles away. But I know several people who were at the funeral and they witnessed Michael was entombed in the mausoleum at Holly Terrace. Plus now his father Joe is buried near his son in Forest Lawn. He wasn't cremated and scattered around Neverland. The vault he's buried in is filled in with concrete. So if anyone would be stupid and sick enough to try to steal Michael's body, they would have a helluva time trying to get to him. I really don't want to visit his grave. Because I prefer to remember him when he was living and we were talking to each other. Losing him has been very hard and painful for me. But wherever he is, I love that he is finally at peace with God and the Angels. He was too beautiful and good a man to be subjected to so much pain and torture at the end of his life. To the haters that post their garbage in here. May karma find you and you get what you deserve. Michael was a good person who did alot of good things for others. He wasn't perfect. If it's in the God of the Bible then the measure of understanding as to where MJ is now, lies within what the Bible says in terms of the afterlife and being in the presence of God. My grandmother is buried just down the hall to the left of Michael (you filmed that hall), so I am able to go in there to see her burial. I have never seen a guard in place at Michael's burial spot before.
Elvis Graceland gate stay open so people can visit his gravesite and the Graceland mansion. Jackson’s tomb is in a section of the mausoleum where it’s closed to public besides other families of people buried in that section and his grave is guarded so people can’t pay their respect. Kind of a slap in the face to your fans

Can you imagine having the job of Michael Jackson's "body guard"? Every morning, get dressed, hustle over to the Mausoleum for opening time, stand guard all day long, then go home? Lonely, nobody to talk to who can answer.
He wasn't a guard. I was having a service for my friend down the hall. Chris our friend was taping the service. This is a family service counsler who was standing the service. They posted him here because they had the doors open for my guests and to keep the MJ crazies out. I've been in that mausoleum multiple times as I own the crypt my friend is in. There is never a security guard in front of MJ.

Plus I had an incident where a guard harassed us because he thought we wanted to take pics inside the mausoleum so I filed a complaint and the director of forest lawn called me and said he was sorry and it’s because mj is in the same area as the person I was visiting and there was some ppl inside the mausoleum causing trouble and the guard got confused and thought it was us this was earlier this year .

Thank you for the tour. My father is buried just walking distance from Michael’s resting place. It is highly secured and no one could gain access. It’s not guarded now. I visit Michael’s tomb every time I visit my Dad’s grave and it’s so well secured AND monitored of course, they don’t even need a 24 hr guard. There are always a large amount of cards and flowers there, that time passing never seems to make them diminish. Thanks again. 🙏❤️💡

When mj was entombed inside the mausoleum the Jackson’s made sure Forest Lawn upgraded their security system inside the mausoleum. The security does hourly patrols of the mausoleum

I knew Michael personally for years. Haven't been able to visit his grave, due to living 3,000 miles away. But I know several people who were at the funeral and they witnessed Michael was entombed in the mausoleum at Holly Terrace. Plus now his father Joe is buried near his son in Forest Lawn. He wasn't cremated and scattered around Neverland. The vault he's buried in is filled in with concrete. So if anyone would be stupid and sick enough to try to steal Michael's body, they would have a helluva time trying to get to him. I really don't want to visit his grave. Because I prefer to remember him when he was living and we were talking to each other. Losing him has been very hard and painful for me. But wherever he is, I love that he is finally at peace with God and the Angels. He was too beautiful and good a man to be subjected to so much pain and torture at the end of his life. If it's in the God of the Bible then the measure of understanding as to where MJ is now, lies within what the Bible says in terms of the afterlife and being in the presence of God. This a matter before a man and his god and not for us to speculate. On that note, the Bible is pretty clear as to how one can be assured of being in the presence of God after death, and generally, the fruit emenating from one's life will provide a level of certainty regarding this.

I've been there a few times but I don't think I could walk up to his tomb....I believe I would faint. My heart was just pounding watching this. Just the fact that his body is probably in there would just kill my soul. My grandparents and son are interred at Forest Lawn, in Glendale. It is indeed sad when one has to post security at a cemetery.
My grandmother is buried just down the hall to the left of Michael (you filmed that hall), so I am able to go in there to see her burial. I have never seen a guard in place at Michael's burial spot before.
Elvis Graceland gate stay open so people can visit his gravesite and the Graceland mansion. Jackson’s tomb is in a section of the mausoleum where it’s closed to public besides other families of people buried in that section and his grave is guarded so people can’t pay their respect. Kind of a slap in the face to your fans

Across the walkway is another part of the mausoleum where many other celebs are interned and that is open to the public.

Just so you guys know there is a permanent covering/screen in front of his sarcophagus now. His family complained of people constantly getting in and taking photos of his tomb is what a guard told me so now if anyone manages to get in there’s a giant covering in front of his sarcophagus .

MJ once said in his interview that if he dies..he wanted to be bury in children cemetery. Because there he will feel peace and secured around the children. But this place where his body lies now is also so peaceful and quite. Something that he deserved but some human greediness didn't allow him to have. Now, I only imagined him with the children in heaven. Singing..dancing and playing. He will forever be miss. 💐💐💐
