First we test power supply on the board at different components like Prossasor , Ram , flash , rom then other pulses like reset, clock , then test communication between Prossasor and ram and other components ( Ebus ) with oscilloscope. Like this we identify that where is the problem

​@@soundpro4654I m from India and my PSR S 950 is totally dead. I don't know if it's the motherboard. I have checked the voltages on the three test points on the board and voltages are fine. But still it is not booting up. Can I send the board to you for repair? If not can u guide me how to troubleshoot the board. Regards.
