Sir, you are very right. Here for a girl the opinion is QC!!!!! But actually as you said IPQC/QA/Q.Com./Q.Comp. is ideal dept for a girl in pharma industry. QC has so much physical work including mental stress also if you can't able to complete your analysis you have to stay more hours all of a sudden! In QA you have to do overtime but the schedule can be prefixed.
