    Chicken Kofta Curry Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    In the chopper, add:
    -Onion 3 medium
    -Green chili 3
    -Garlic cloves 5-8
    -Ginger 1 inch
    Chop finely.
    In the chopper, add:
    -Chicken boneless (breast) 600grms
    -Coriander powder 1tsp
    -Red chili powder 1tsp
    -Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
    -Red chili flakes 1tsp
    -Garam masala 1/2tsp
    -Cumin powder 1/2tsp
    -Kashmiri chili powder 1tsp
    -Salt (as required)
    -Black salt 1/4tsp
    -Lemon juice 1tbsp
    -One egg white
    Mix all ingredients well & then knead it slightly for 3-4 minutes until everything binds together. Cover & keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
    Take a small portion of mixture & form it into a round ball, shape all the koftas similarly.
    In the separate pan, add:
    -Oil for frying
    Fry koftas over medium high flame until light golden brown.
    For the gravy:
    In the pan, add:
    -Oil & ghee half cup
    -Cumin whole 1tsp
    -Cardamom green 4
    -Cardamom black 1
    -Bay leaf 1
    -Onion 2 medium finely chopped
    -Ginger garlic green chili paste 2tbsp
    -Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
    -Salt 1tsp
    -Kashmiri chili powder 1tsp
    -Red chili powder 1tsp
    -Coriander powder 1tbsp
    -Splash of hot water
    -Yoghurt 1/2 cup
    -Tomato 3 medium sized - puree
    Assembling:
    -Gravy
    -Koftas
    -Garam masala 1/4tsp
    -Kasuri Methi powder 1/2tsp
    Garnish:
    -Coriander fresh
    -Fresh cream
    Serve it with tandoori roti or Paratha.
