    This is a trove of valuable info, I love your approach too. I watch a lot of ADHD related videos and they’re all such pity parties, this one stands out in that it is set in the “adults taking responsibility” frame of mind. Thanks so much for creating this.

    Thanks for doing this. My oldest son managed to get through school without us realizing he had ADHD because he was not physically hyperactive. I figured the messy room was normal kid stuff and I managed to keep his floor clear with consequences. Now that he's been living with the family again after college and found out about his ADHD in therapy and is also taking medication, we're struggling with transitioning to him taking responsibility for his room becoming a health hazard and his clutter creeping into family spaces. I've seen so much about understanding the ADHD mind and what doesn't work, but this is one of the few resources I've seen that tells much about what the non-ADHD partner can do to get their own boundaries respected without ruining the relationship.
