all their music is awesome
iKON is known for hiphop group..yet they are versatile and try any genre of music..when u deep dive into them you will see how versatile they are..thank u so much for checking out iKON they are truly underrated

iKON needed this simple party song for the concerts so people would jump and chant with them so yeah, it doesn't have a lot of subtext or poetry like they usually do or intricate MV :D I feel like APOLOGY and I'M OK, maybe even DIVE would be more of your style + their MVs have more complicated and interesting sets, I'd love to see your reaction and hear any insights to those songs and filming sets :D On top of my head, I can remember and recommend the song LIT from the group ONEUS which is full of traditional korean elements, old language in the lyrics and reflecting the pride of being Koreans. I don't stan them but I loved it^^

also just saying all ikon members come from very humble families and had to really really struggle to debut and make that money IT TOOK THEM YEARS AND SO MUCH BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS
plus the song is more about partying and enjoying your success and being proud for a change like b.i says at the beginning we're throwing every bit of humblness in our bones for this song. so in short this is a well deserved flex song and it's more about rejoicing in your success than about wealth and money

i guess it's because ikon's group name is icon but with a k instead of a c to represent korea.

Not sure if this does something, but they released this song on the height of such songs being popular at that time (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm sure iKONICs are not gonna attack you for this, haha we ain't petty like that. It's probably just a wrong song choice. iKON is known as a hiphop group, but if anything, most of their songs are pretty ballad and soft.
