- Kate Middleton and Prince William’s tour of Scotland just keeps getting cuter! On Tuesday, The Duchess of Cambridge was greeting a group of school children when one of them asked her, ‘Are you a prince?’ The adorable moment follows many other highlights from their visit, which also saw Kate trying her hand at creating a DJ beat, and Prince William ‘flirting’ with residents of a nursing home.

Actually technically she is a Princess. On their children’s birth documents it says Princess of the United Kingdom. She became a Princess on the day she married PW. She was then instantly gifted the title of the Duchess of The Cambridge by the Queen. Same reason PW is now known as the Duke of Cambridge. When the Queen sadly passes she will become the Princess of Wales. The same tile PW’s mother had. And of course when PW becomes King she will be Queen.

Haha I think H&M are thriving as well without relying on Sovereign Grant. Giant Procter & Gamble joined forces with Archewell Foundation to change people's lives at Harvest Home. Their Foundation are joining forces with the World Central Kitchen to support "communities around the world" with focus on women. Again, not relying on SG. By the way, Meghan had been doing great charity work with the United Nation long before Harry came. So, in fairness to Harry & Meghan, they are doing so much for humanity than just showing up to events with expensive clothings paid for the taxpayers and not really having a "great impact" to humanity.

I think that learning there are a handful of “senior” royals which includes William & Kate but *not* Harry & herself came as a nasty surprise to her.

It would be so lovely if people would do some basic research before putting out “information”. Catherine is a British Princess. Her title is Her Royal Highness Princess William, Duchess of Cambridge, Countess of Strathearn, Lady Carrickfergus.
She isn't a Princess, She is a Duchess, the complexity of our royal family and it's titles are misleading. One would easily be forgiven for thinking someone with the title Princess is a Princess, but it doesn't work like that. She is a Duchess

But when the husband has his own title, not one from his father, in this case The Dukedom of Cambridge, his wife uses her husband’s title that was granted to him personally. As the young son, Princess Michael did inherit his father’s dukedom. So he doesn’t has his own designation. Only that of a son of the Duke of Kent. So his wife can only be referred to a Princess Michael. I’m so sorry if that was convoluted. But I hope it was clear.

If what you are saying is she is a Princess by marriage, then that isn't true.
If you are saying she gets to use her husbands title of Princes William, which I think is what you are saying. Yes, she can do that, but that doesn't make her a Princess though.
When the Queen dies and Charles inherits the throne, Kate should automatically be granted the title of Princess of Wales. Then she will be a Princess by title, rather than a Princess by borrowing her hubbies title.
