When I worked at a restaurant, the only difference between Hot, Medium and Mild was the amount of butter that we used in order to dilute the hot sauce.

I'm sort of with Tim on the chicken wings. While I don't agree with his rankings, I do agree that extremely spicy wings kind of suck.
I'm not saying this as an insult but a genuine observation. I believe Tim should do an autism test. I was diagnosed as an adult and share of lot of similar oddities to him. And used to think the way he does quite often.
If Cust cooks I think it's time to go on a water diet. ffs keep that man away from a kitchen!
