I just wanna say I am SOOOO thankful you have posted all these halloween videos this year. Like it has made things so much better for me, I am so isoated and its been so rough. When April came around I was legit thinking to myself " I hope Jade posts her halloween content like every year ". And you did and it made me so happy. I know i was a lot of work and was so hard to do and keep up with considering everything going on. But I wanna let you know I see it. And I care and am so grateful. You didn't have to start in June. Omg I remember watching Tales from the Crypt! My dad and I would watch the intro together before I went to bed and he would do this thing where he would narrate the whole part leading up to the Crypt keeper laughing! I used to love it and it's one of the best memories I have of him 💗

So hershey's kisses has a vampire kiss flavor (absolutely amazing) one night my son asked for a kiss so I kissed his forehead, he said no mom a vampire kiss so I bit his neck and he said no mom the candy. I died laughing cuz I knew what he meant. Your mom's vampire bed time was so cute.

Thanks, Jade, I really needed this as I'm going through Post Halloween Depression. Its Halloween everyday in my house too but you're right there's a certain spooky energy about October that I get high off of. And, yes, it went way too fast. The older I get the faster it goes and it sucks! I was answering the questions and I was writing down to least favorite Halloween candy-those ones in the orange and black wax paper wrappings and then you said it 😂 Those were the worst!!! I love candy corn too and Reese's Pumpkins. My favorite horror movie has always and forever will be Halloween (1978). Love you. Have a great November, my birthday month😊

That vampire story was so sweet 💛💚💙 The weird orange wrapper candies were candy kisses or molasses candies I loved the dark molasses ones the most :) My favorite Halloween candy was my Gran's popcorn balls and the candy I disliked was the gumballs (how boring).As you were showing the mugs I had to laugh because my favorite Halloween mug is one with gnomes in costumes lol. Omg! I love the Dog wearing the witch hat card! Dogs don’t get nearly enough love in their associations with witchcraft which is pretty crazy considering the Goddess of Witchcraft in the Greek pantheon is Hecate. She is depicted with a DOG by her side and has strong associations with dogs. (No disrespect to cats but still) I was so happy to see that card!

I know how hard and how much dedication it takes to take care of senior and special needs puppers and unfortunately too many people just wouldn’t do it. This year my dog Lexani started having medical issues and then passed away. It’s so important to take special care of them cause they give us so much and I know you totally get that. I love watching you with both your fur babies.

I’m so happy you shared your stories! I thought, I was the only kid in the 90s that watched Dark Shadows. Every morning, before school I would start the day watching Dark Shadows. I loved that show, even though my greatest fear at the time was also vampires. I would sleep with blankets around my neck too (as if that would save me if a vampire actually came for me lol).

For me, the introduction to the Spooky Realm was through my aunt who's only 6yrs older than I am, so we grew up together. She introduce me to Nightmares on Elm St (Robert Englund is the OG & only imho). I was absolutely TERRIFIED of Chucky, wouldn't even say his name, I would just sign a letter C. 😆 My "spooky sleepover routine" was watching Nightmare on Elm St & the Fog with my best friend, always with my special popcorn, every single time she slept over! You deserve some rest and relaxing baths so much. I love this whole video, the recipes and the q&a. I am Romani (gypsy) and as a whole are superstitious, although we call them rules. Omg, I’m dead RN. Large Marge!I 🙌 I thought I was the only one! I was absolutely terrified of her, I think I’m still spooked by her, think about her all the time on dark highways. Hah!!!
I love creepy stuff and just the spooky vibes. Love scary movies and shows and Halloween is just amazing!! I was also a kid and watched Tales from the crypt, it was thrilling and so when I think about childhood that’s a lot of what I remember and I experienced some real creepy stuff and definitely gotten brave. It was just something fun and that’s how I got into it. Just interesting. My family just grew up around it so I was also interested in it and grew up with it.
So same about tales from the crypt. And I have a story about that. A few years ago I was doing legal filing at a firm in Beverly Hills and there was a talent management agency 2 doors down. One day the office building was replacing all the doors so all the doors were gone. And well there he was! The og crypt keeper puppet in his full glory just looking right at me out of the talent agency's door. Best part is every time I walked by him that day one of the workers had done something lewd with him. He gave the finger. He flashed people. It was great. He actually made me jump the first time i saw him. He looks amazing in person.

I didn't realize that what i was into was considered spooky stuff til I was older. I just liked what I liked. I watched The Last Unicorn and Beetlejuice on repeat as a kid.

Ik this comment us late but I hope you read it! I lived in a house for a year. The yard was fenced in and the cemetery was right there behind it. We had a trampoline and we used to lay on it and look at the stars. My husband and I always say that was the most peaceful house we ever lived in!
