    Lovely !!! My mom is from Cebu, but we havent gotten the chance to stay at Mactan but definitely will need to this year !

      thats so wonderful! 💛 I absolutely love cebu mactan and the people there are so genuine and respectful at shangri-la… the best 5 star hotel I have been ever 💛
