Cannoneer counters beatdown but is countered by cycle. Dagger Duchess counters cycle but get shut down by beatdown.
Princess Tower is decent at both, but is slightly underpowered and can't defend cycle cards

Idk, whenever I see lavahound being “meta” the physical card itself always seems to not do that much in a game. That bomber had more overall value for the deck
But it was the lavahound that allowed the bomber to shine

I think i prefer the Barb version of lava over the evo bomber one because having something for golem and giant graveyard is helpful.
The tower troops created the good variety of interactions the winning of crl now is way harder and luck based

Even though evos encourage a cycle meta, it’s nice to see beatdown being dominant again with the new tower troop
Evos never encouraged cycle meta. In fact ever since evos came beatdown decks slightly came back. In the skill it's skill that always brings back cycle at the top. The best players all use cycle

yeah I tried evo valk in the dagger duchess challenge and it sucked... I switched back to classic lava with evo barbs and finished 12 wins

I’ve been playing with rg for 3 years and I got top 130 finish in global tournament with it. But it’s boring and not fun anymore… is that because rg is boring ? Should I change my deck?
You should because playing other decks can help improve your overall game sense and would make the game more enjoyable
Boss do you think lava is one of the hardest decks to master and needs skill to know when to attack or sac towers right cause i see many people say its no skill!!
Play a gc/cc with first miner control and then lava hound and see how many wins you get. The one that you get more wins with is the no skill deck

Cap egiant is hard to master, it’s easier to play but hard to master

i don't really know how much the zap evo and bomber evo changes this deck, but i have neither, i tried this deck and it came up being straight garbo without the evos at least, i played for an hour straight with this deck and lost most of the battles, i got back with my old lava deck and won instantly 5 in a row

With Evo zap, Evo Tesla, and DD* classic lava is very weak without those cards.
