i saw the movie on saturday early premiere for prime members haha but i just REALLY REALLY have to say this -5 minutes into the movie i was already in tears! ok...throughout the movie i was just trying to hold my tears back -i connected with this movie so much because i too am from 2 different ethnic backgrounds so i can literally feel what jason feels and his character feels -i love how the movie integrated his culture and has so much of his quirk and personality in it -the stunts and fight sequences were AMAZING!! -its visually just the most beautiful movie i've truly ever seen -the cgi style and fights AGAIN..amazing -i love the story -awesome casting -james wan..i will BOW DOWN -i cant see anyone playing aquaman better than jason

I saw Aquaman a couple days ago at an advanced screening (for free too, thank you US Marines❤️) and I was Very pleased with the film. I LOVED how the action was filmed bc I could actually See what was going on as it was happening instead of all those zoomed in shots of impact you see in every other movie. Greatly appreciated that directors choice. As well as the stunning transitions!! Also LOVED how this movie had Color. A DC movie that wasn’t dark and dingy, I’m all in for it and what a movie to premiere that theme with how undersea life can be so vibrant. Very looking forward to see more that especially within the Aquaman universe. Speaking of color..... The suit.... ohhh the suit!! I am super happy they went with the classic coloring bc Jason makes it look So Much Cooler than the historical flack the outfit has gotten. Jason Momoa brought so much to this role. Not just making Aquaman cool for the first time, but gave him a Culture that real people can identify in. The character looks to be so much of who Jason is (while not acting) and it gives the character such light and humanity as well as strength in his vulnerabilities. So proud of all the choices made for the characterization, I flipped out over each time I heard Aquaman say something Not In English, squealing over how rounded out this character is now and the connections he has to real lines of people.❤️ Amazing film, will see again with whoever I find to see it with me again. Jason reminded me of my father. Cause my father was the one influence me every extreme things i know, he taught me to swim, he influenced me to swim in the open deep sea water and not be scared, he taught me to ride a motorcycle, he taught me to not be scared in the forest, he taught me to not be shy in front of everyone, he taught me to be fearless...and more. He was very supportive. But he is not perfect, he and mom got separated last March before the pandemic started.

Jason reminded me of my father. Cause my father was the one influence me every extreme things i know, he taught me to swim, he influenced me to swim in the open deep sea water and not be scared, he taught me to ride a motorcycle, he taught me to not be scared in the forest, he taught me to not be shy in front of everyone, he taught me to be fearless...and more. He was very supportive. But he is not perfect, he and mom got separated last March before the pandemic started.
