  • We listed the issues with KTM / Husky 2023-2024 TBI bikes in our previous video. Now let's talk about what's causing all these problems, so you can understand the bigger picture. Boyles law states that the pressure of the gas is inversely proportionate to the volume. The compression on the TBI bikes is already high, and this creates a lot of heat. This is why I don't promote high compression heads or inserts. You will lose power mid to top, and run a high risk of seizing from excess heat. Lower compression, less heat, and more lubrication is what we are after. In the next video we will cover all the little weird things that cause the bike to run lean.

Have a 23 tpi with your V1 relocation block...no ECU work....was thinking about going with a RK TEK head as they say stock ECU works great with their product..in your opinion, should I keep stock head and go with a reflash? Just looking for the best route to go
