Guess the heat was not circulating evenly.cook for another 10 minutes in low flame.possible cover with the aluminum foil if you have one or just cook again for 10 more mins

Tried it.. result s awesome.. but for half litre milk and 360g flour, my matter turned out to be watery, had to add extra flour to get the consistency.. pls can u let me know the amount of milk in cups..

Don't you need to give tbe dough sitting time, for fermentation? Bake it immediately?
Only for yeast bread we need to give time for this not necessary👍🙂

Add to the lukewarm milk it curdles in max 3 to 5 minutes add then add to the flour mixture.
