    I have tried followed the same procedure, but it not cooked inside. I made it in a oven,380 F for 1hr. I had tried earlier with yeast and worked perfectly on this temperature.can you please suggest

    But I have small doubt about the temperature of the milk...
    Is it supposed to be warm or Luke warm or cold
    And what are the temperature settings for making in the oven

      But it took 50 minutes to bake in convection oven at 200 degrees ...

    Hey. I cooked by following the same procedure, but my bread got cooked from bottom but it was not well cooked from in between though I have given it 45-50min time. Now I have taken it out. Can you plz suggest me how do I can mmake it better

      Guess the heat was not circulating evenly.cook for another 10 minutes in low flame.possible cover with the aluminum foil if you have one or just cook again for 10 more mins

      Add to the lukewarm milk it curdles in max 3 to 5 minutes add then add to the flour mixture.
