Now imagine movie from Seattle as a 17 year old, living in the building in front of Balboa Pier and hearing a bout The Wedge. Then deciding to go body surfing. Yeah, exactly, the bottom dropped out, I land straight on my face in the sand and heard every bone in my neck crack. Not fun and didn't go back for awhile.
