Anyone notice that all these med kits dont have a tourniquet? I meen you can buy one but, for the price you pay i would of thought they'd throw one in, even a cheap one. Just saying.
That's why you're far better off spending the extra cash and time to make a personalized kit of your own. Only you know the shinans you'll be upto.
Tested two different Leatherman and actually I don't understand why the are so common. The quality is far behind those of competitors like Victorinox. I returned both and got a Victorinox Swiss Tool Swift which is absolutely superior to Leatherman.

Hello, i have 1 leatherman surge, and a victorinox swiss tool spirit mx. The leatherman and victorinox both have a verry good build quality. The leatherman is more for hard work, but you can do also verry fine work with the pliers. The victorinox one is just for fine thing, my screwdriver bend after 2 days working with it. Because of the warranty i got a new one that held up verry good. For me i carry the surge because i know it always works and i can trust it.

More of a city boy's tool, my cheap leatherman sidekick has held up through 2 years of farm use, fixing fences hammering in nails that it should not be hammering and the pliers just dont break.

Moderen bs knife finger hand guard know you t cost cutting thing but best knife still have that little extra metal.
Not talking from inexperience I bought decent knife it hand finger cut blade to hard but direct cuts I still slipped slice two of my fingers open had to use my first aid kit. I go out piece out I don't won't use but have is my first aid kit.
Knife even if just blade edge side should have that stop the metal guard.

She's an expensive bugger but it's also top quality, multi functional, and the multi functions it has are irreplaceable. I know a buddy who has one and loves like it's his kid.
I'm from Sevastopol, we have missiles flying here, so electronic warfare stations are turned on, but there is no GPS.... ACR ResQLink 400 is useless.......

Though entertaining, this video is dangerous.
If one does not know what he or she is watching and/or how to use some of these iteams, that person will find themselves in a world of hurt come the time of necessity. If one DOES know what he or she is doing, then that person knows that some (many) of these items shown are gimmicky or dangerous if not used properly. The unknowing weekemd warrior could put him or herself into danger thinking they are good-to-go.
Those of us, with real-world experience, can see what is legit and what is a false sense of security or just added (unneeded) gear.
I do not mean to bag on this video to hard, but those behind this video do not seem to have a real world application knowledge of what they are putting out.
All this said, it is interesting to watch to see what could be out there to better the gear one (with knowledge and experience) has.

You. Can do a coffee drop. While hot, get in a lunge position, from a position where you hold the pot with your arm drawn all the way quickly straighten your arm down.thus dropping the coffee grounds. Don't make the.coffee slosh.
