LOL. You are too funny. I think that last design was so neat! Some of these designs I had never seen done before! Which is why I love nails! The nail art is endless really. I especially loved your comment about the kindergarten crime scene.
I’m not much of an artist , that’s kinda why it appeals to me. Even technical skill can be art in this area so I’m not as limited by talent lol

I love using the neon pigments i got from igel, got 12 in the pack it’s cute. But they are a little messy lol. Love these nails.
Theyre so messy! So fun though. I ordered some glow in the dark and mica too. There’s some other things i wanna try

New nail tech here and just wanted to ask how long do you cure the nail polish before doing the pigment? I heard you mention that the green wasn’t sticking very good, is that because the polish was cured to long?

Most of my marbling, I do with a wet coat also, but I have not done it with the pigments. Will be doing that the next time I marble my nails. Never thought to use pigments. This is why I love my gel polish. This was so much fun to watch. Could watch you do this all day. The last one was awesome. I'm going to practic that. I don't have builder gel. Do you think polygel will work and does it work with any light color of gel polish?
What liquid are you using?
For the clear you can use anything, polygel, top coat, builder, i tried it with a bunch of colors. They all work as long as they’re light enough to show the pigment.
@@kristimayes2017 Awesome because I don't like to use white due to the difficulties working with it. It also makes flaws stand out.
I agree. I used white for recording because it showed up better with the lights but i tried it with pink, blue, even light gray. It works great as long as it’s light but pink was my favorite
@@kristimayes2017 I don't have neon pigments, but I'm sure regular pigments would work just as well. Could also add some extra fine glitter on top of pigments as an option to brighten the colors. The things we can do with our nails are endless. Our nails are canvasses waiting to be brought to life.

You can but it doesn’t cover as well since its heavier. You can also use eyeshadow. It works great

So when u say liquid, u dont say what... is it water, alcohol or acetone? U dont specify but im really wanting to learn hpw to use pugments, Ive got at least 150 pigments! Lol thanks for the video!
Oh I’m so sorry! It was just water! It’s helps break up the white to make it look smoky. You can use alcohol too!
Loved this! My issue that I'm having is getting my pigments to stick or show up on the nails... I've tried just about Every combination of base, top, top matte, cured for the full time, cured for half the time... White background, black background and NOTHING is working 😭😭😭 Please help me to figure out what it's gonna take bcuz I ordered my pigments from Amazon and I basically can't use them
It might just be bad pigment. Do they feel like sand? I bought a Bunch of those and they wouldn’t work
These are the ones i got. They are fairly cheap, and show up great. Make sure after you cure the polish you aren’t wiping off the sticky layer. If it still doesn’t work, use just base coat, cure, and stick the pigment straight to the sticky base coat.

@@kristimayes2017 I've tried that too 😭... And the pigments came with a bag of makeup brushes to use, I've used those as well as a loose or fluffy makeup brushes smh... I've even tried to applying it the polish uncured and mixing the pigments in the polish then applying it to the nails... I never get more than a light pastel color
It sounds likes the pigment is not working. I used some eyeshadow from Walmart that worked too. If it’s pigmented enough, if you have some laying around give it a shot, then at least you know it’s the pigment
