You don't have to use sea lanterns for light. Frog lights other than Pearlescent are fine, as is glowstone. Or if your goal is white torture, you can fill up a birch sign with equal signs, dye the ink white, glow squid it, make the bed white, and fill item frames with one or more of the following - cooked chicken, cod, cooked rabbit, potatoes, eggs, or bread.

approximately 60 blocks long and 50 blocks wide
@@Blocksonfor the prison like the actual building where the 19 blocks long and 24 blocks wide bit meet do you have to count right 23 from the 19th block or do you start next to it and place 24?
