Hi... Sometimes in 3 pH home pa neutral drop and the house run at 330 voltage... My ask is.... If a single phase home droped neutral could it work by 2 lines....?? Cuz the is a single phase office have reading in both line and neutral and all resistance are working properly
If we touch return path wire (neutral wire) Will get electric shock when device /load is on...? It will be tolerable (assume earthing is fine) or risky..?
