lots of good parties there
I was hoping to see my Kia car key hahaha
did you miss the knife at 10:26 ?
That's so cool.
Cheers from Willoughby Ohio! Good video!
Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it!
Awesome!
So I've always heard rumors of dozers and other heavy equipment left at the bottom. Did you see anything like that?
No it’s actually super clean. There might’ve been back in the day but not anymore , some of cleanest and clear water in northeast Ohio
Anyways I love your videos! Big fan of dive videos and super excited to find one at NLQP! I've been going there for over 15 years. Great work, dude!
Thank you. That dive there was a first for me. I definitely plan on going back!
Wholesome content 👍
Thanks for watching!
i was there when he went scubadiving
I was here this day waiting for you to find the wallet so I could jump! Haha no clue you were filming. Good on ya finding the wallet! Love NLQP visit there a few times a year
That's awesome! I can't believe you guys jump off that ledge. You couldn't pay me to do that! I might head back there next year. It was a pretty cool dive. And the place seems pretty popular!
@@freshwaterfinds9906 Really fun place to camp if you like to party. No quiet hours though so bring earplugs lol
At the end I think you found my friends prescription glasses!!
Awesome finds! And gas money!! Great job
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed.
Oh, I miss the quarry so much.
this quarry has fresh water jellyfish in it
I don't know that I saw any last year but I'll be heading there again! I'll keep my eye out!
All of these are replaceable. But I'm glad I finally got some closure as to what those ripples were. Glorious
Thanks for watching!
We go there all the time and I have always been curious what someone would find scuba diving and I'm so happy I found this video we were actually there last weekend
Twiztid_T1D I had no idea what it would be like. I live 3 hours from there. Someone just happened to recommend I check it out. There was definitely a lot of stuff in there. Thanks for subscribing to my channel!! I'll be adding more videos like this every couple of weeks.
@@freshwaterfinds9906 i live about 2 hours away in PA we go there a few times every summer mostly for festivals but sometimes just to get away its my favorite place to be i would love to be able to dive there it would be amazing just to see it first hand hope you'll be back im sure what u found is only a tiny speck compared to whats been lost in the quarry
You have just convinced me to buy a mask and snorkel to see what I can find at our local lakes! Very cool video!
Awesome! That's good to hear. Make sure you carry a surface marker buoy with you. Safety first! I found out the hard way!!
I LOVE NLQP
That was a pretty cool dive. I'll be back!
Freshwater Finds Please do!!!!! Id come up too i live about 40 min away! Its such an awesome place
My sunglasses are in there somewhere by the island, lol.
I have a very important-to-me silicon "wine glass" that I dropped near the beach and it went very far down :( unrecoverable. I know exactly where it fell, though it's probably moved from there. I lost it last year :(
I definitely plan on going back there next year and I'll do my best to find it. I can go all the way to the bottom with my scuba gear so I wouldn't be surprised if I come across it.
Its Garretsville act
I legit know who the iPhone belongs too lol
Josh Wilson it must have been in there for a while because it was soaked.
Was that bug you picked up at the end a giant water bug?
I honestly have no clue what it was. I've never seen one of those before! Be careful where you swim!
@@freshwaterfinds9906 I think it is, they have one of the most painful bites an insect can give. They are awesome predators. They usually play dead but will attack when provoked. Usually prey at the bottom of streams and fresh water and come up for air. By the way, love the channel !! Just subscribed👍
@@raleighmason7211 thanks for the information and the sub!
Ah, my wedding ring is somewhere near the jump spot
Dang. Didn't find it. Maybe next time!
How do you know that watch really belonged to them?
When I put the watch on the charger the screen said that the watch was in lost mode and had her cell number on it. I called her and she told me where she lost it.
@@freshwaterfinds9906 that's awesome!
What is that at 7:38? The thing with all the bubbles coming out of it? Thanks
I believe it's to keep the water circulating.
That yellow Colombian bracelet is my friend’s her boyfriend gave it to her😂😭
I'll have to see if I still have it. If I do, does she want it back?
@@freshwaterfinds9906 sure! How can we contact you? What’s your other social media
@@carliebrahler8354 you can search freshwater finds on IG, FB, or Andy Ruman on FB. I'll look through what I've got. Might help if you could send me a picture of it.
What are those at 7:49?
There were a couple of sets of those in there. I think it's to keep the water moving and prohibit algae growth.
Nelson Ridge ??? Woosterville Ohio? 😆😆😆 how high were you before dropping in 🤟👌
But seriously thanks. I've wanted to dive Nelson Ledges for years. Have since moved out of state.
But hey! Video at 3:42 looked just like a black braided bracelet with the quarry coordinates I lost jumping at the island 3 years back! Ex gf swears I threw it away lol
I know, I know. I messed that up. I'm definitely not tv material 🤣. I've never been to NLQP before this dive. I had no idea what I was getting into. Honestly, I'm still not sure. I was able to return the watch and wallet so that was pretty cool. Send me a pic of the bracelet. I might still have it if you want it back!
Nelson's Ledges Quarry is a JOKE. We got there at 5:50pm last weekend and, by the time the staff was done checking all the cars in front of us for possible 'hidden' people, they told us all we were too late and the park closes at 6pm!! So we all look at our cell phones - which read 5:58pm! So the super chunky girl tells us "Well, it's gonna cost you $40 and you'll only get to jump off the cliffs until 7pm!" So in marches this rough-looking druggie who claimed to be 'the manager'. She yells to all of us "Yer all gonna have to pay $50 each!! And we close at 7!!" So we all paid our $50 and THEN as we are walking to the cliffs at 6:15pm, we see the lifeguard who tells us the manager needs him and he shut the cliff down! So we all start jumping off the cliff and the manager hurried a guy in a canoe over to tell us "The NEXT PERSON WHO JUMPS OFF THAT CLIFF GOES HOME!!" So, as we're walking back, the lifeguard just so happens to be coming back to his post right at 6:55pm!!!! Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!! The manager just wanted to stick it to us - but I'm going to let everyone on every social media site know about our experience!!!! I'll make it worth it!!!!!
Sounds like u got there late to begin with
Why did it take you four minutes to get to the point of your video? Next time skip the BS and get to the point.
Update this video plain out sucks and you did not do this product any justice. Yes, I know my comment help you, but I feel it is more important to tell the truth then you make money. I do like this primer system but if you haven't tried them all you should not say how great it really is or is not.
