Ferrari dealer in Swindon call Police on me for filming outside on public land. Police are concerned about the feelings of Ferrari. Which is not their job.
Cant really blame the staff in this case, if Ferrari have told them no filming inside and have signs in place, the staff would probably be risking their jobs if they're caught on camera deciding for themselves to ignore what Ferrari have told them and let you come in and film

Surely it's against CAA rules to zoom in through windows with a drone whilst below roof height. I believe the CAA wouldn't be very happy to know that you're breaching their rules and regulations as a drone pilot.

Couldn't believe how quickly the police turned up to a private business yet when a human friend of mine called recently about his house being burgled he had to wait for 9 hours.
The police have a 12 minute response time... . . . . . . . ... sadly that response time is how long it takes them to answer the phone on the initial contact...!!!
It shows how much the police are a corporate response team nowadays. They will respond for businesses with immediate effect, but are next to useless if any of the general public are in need of their assistance...! I was falsely accused of a crime and the police appeared to pull out the stops to deal with that. I was even on police bail for six months and court bail following it, even though they had clear visual proof that I had done nothing wrong... But when I had property stolen from me, whilst I was on a local bus; they were more than unsatisfactory in their assistance. It was as if they didn't really care and almost as if they actually condoned theft from the person... 🤬
I don't think you truly audit? Your aim seems to be antagonizing people, getting a negative reaction. Causing the police to do their job, but at the same time you are wasting police time. You are giving a bad impression of those that do this properly. You are on YT therefore open to critisism.
They clearly did say no filming inside from the beginning and were actually fairly polite. Instead of just baiting them, leave like they asked and film from the public space like you know you're allowed to. It's really not that difficult.

But when you accuse people of having “attitudes” and being “stuck up”, just because you don’t like a policy they’re entitled to have on their own premises, it doesn’t exactly look great. It implies you think you have a right to do absolutely everything you want and if it doesn’t suit your agenda, (although in this case it actually probably did), then you can just belittle them. If you mention about 15 times before walking out the door you’re taking your drone over, you’re just antagonising for a response 🎣

This is Par for the course as it is their property and they can ask anyone to leave. The Police were only telling it like it is. There is nothing they can do regarding flying the drone as that is lawful. As for the two ladies inside, they were polite, professional and explained their policy very clearly.

I don't think dje media handled this badly at all , he is always polite but firm . When asked to leave he did and he was not on their property when flying the drone . The two cops were obviously siding with the dealership and told him he had been aggressive , he hadn't, the dealership had obviously lied about this to paint dje in a bad light! I think the attitude of these cops was awful, keep going dje .

To be honest, when they repeatedly ask you to leave and you don't leave I would say that is aggressive. Then when you walk in again (to talk to the police) you know you're not allowed. Ive watched a couple of your videos, and although i do think it's pathetic how some of these dealerships and police officers go on, the repeated i will fly my drone over, i can filn here etc is just asking for the staff members to become hostile, the french guy said numerous times " as long as youre on public property its ok ' alongside your " i will fly from over there on the path" and yet you still cane across as baiting him into losing his temper, if i was in your position, id start with the filming from public and then if they had an issue confront them about it, not look for confrontation when you know what the outcome will be!

I would take them to IOPC so they’re forced to explain why they’ve imposed duress on you without checking the facts, so maybe in future they won’t just back up corporations they’ll act with due diligence instead of refusing to see video and audio evidence.

I don't think dje media handled this badly at all , he is always polite but firm . When asked to leave he did and he was not on their property when flying the drone . The two cops were obviously siding with the dealership and told him he had been aggressive , he hadn't, the dealership had obviously lied about this to paint dje in a bad light! I think the attitude of these cops was awful, keep going dje .
He was stood on private property when drone was flying, where he is stood is NOT public property.

Cops tend to struggle on a basic level like this.
To be honest, when they repeatedly ask you to leave and you don't leave I would say that is aggressive. Then when you walk in again (to talk to the police) you know you're not allowed. I do like AB, Dj Audit, Charles Veitch etc. They press and bend to the acceptable limit. You overstep way to much. It's cringe and not interesting.
They never once actually asked him to leave.

Ive watched a couple of your videos, and although i do think it's pathetic how some of these dealerships and police officers go on, the repeated i will fly my drone over, i can filn here etc is just asking for the staff members to become hostile, the french guy said numerous times " as long as youre on public property its ok ' alongside your " i will fly from over there on the path" and yet you still cane across as baiting him into losing his temper, if i was in your position, id start with the filming from public and then if they had an issue confront them about it, not look for confrontation when you know what the outcome will be!
Why dont ferrari understand in the next few years there will be 500 000 views maybe 20 would have bought a ferrari , but after seeing the staff they will now walk down the road to buy a porche

I would take them to IOPC so they’re forced to explain why they’ve imposed duress on you without checking the facts, so maybe in future they won’t just back up corporations they’ll act with due diligence instead of refusing to see video and audio evidence.

I have watched a lot of your videos, and this one is by far the most antagonistic I have seen to date. Why do you keep harping on something after you have already made it know what your intention is. Tell them what you are doing, then leave to public property. Or better yet, don't tell them at all. Why antagonize them further.
