Dyson V8 shitty vacuum cleaner

This was brand new out the box direct from Dyson website . I Regret buying this over priced cordless vacuum that will die after 15min of use. As you can not easily change out the battery and get back to work it will take me days to vacuum our entire house ! Can i get my money back ? i doubt it

I think the newer ones (V10, V12 and so on) have swappable batteries
And yes that is one of the biggest downsides I see as well (we have the V8)
But the 15 minutes sounds like either you vacuumed in Turbo/Max mode or the batterie is done for
How old is the vacuum? If it's under 1 year old you still have warranty on the battery!

You can see the switch at the top is set to turbo mode. So yeah, user error.

Not in Wrong mode ? was in the powerfull mode to suck thing up, the low mode barely even works

@@jezdace8732 The funny thing is, it's meant to be used in low power mode. Buy a shop vac or something from Philips and stop fucking around with designer Dyson bullshit.
