Unfortunate part , bjp never reduced the price of petrol /diesel even when rate of crude oil per barrel is 20$. But some extreme followers of bjp mentioned that covid crisis people should support government . The same middle class income people suffered from the hospital tariffs of the covid . Now bjp can have an excuse to raise the prices further ( 150 rs/liter ) and the followers will say : why the state government is not dropping the prices ?

Blindly think the govt. Puts up the oil prices as they seem fit which is untrue. When can we get off the oil teet and get molten salt thorium reactors running wherever a coal plant is running today. With many small modular reactors energy will be so cheap we will make artificial gasoline and dimethelether for diesels.

While I love Palki’s reporting, I must answer her question. World War II is who or what made America the defender of global freedom. It’s in America’s Naval Charter to ensure the freedom of the World’s Oceans to all nations to pursue commerce. Sure, America has screwed the pooch plenty of times, but it has been for the most part with the idea that individual peoples should self determine. No way could America not break eggs along the way. Also, America isn’t above criticism. It’s not perfect, but it has an internal modus to be better. This is what makes America different.
How about household heating oil what is very comfortable to heat you're households and regulate house temperature with press of the button or timer it's one alternative for gas heating or electric heating we can of course compare it with firewood as well or other fuels transportation and fuel have different use both ways are still invited to offer comfort for people but we all should be worried about oxygen.
After oil only dust left ,they are cautious, we need alternative.
Opec will just schedule maintenance for it's infrastructure.
