Deion doesn't like recruiting and barely does it in Colorado. He would hate a big school like USC. Recruiting at a school like that is a must year round. You need a coach that doesn't mind the recruiting trips. But blaming it on racism is nuts. Especially in California. Give me a break. Maybe its because he's not winning on a high level yet. Let him build success at Colorado and then i guarantee the big jobs will come.

Dion needs to prove himself still. He's all talk / hype so far. I like him but, prove it. This is best chance with his sons and Shukur. We have to be honest they won't win big 12 this year. They have no defense and OL to protect QB. It would take Dion 3-5 more years to build it there. The truth is 1 of these teams will win it in Big 12 Utah, Kansas St, Oklahoma St . Even TCU, BYU, Arizona and Baylor will finish ahead of Colorado. So if he's 8th in the Big 12 will Dion get fired?
Honestly this is what will help Dion but, with his ego he won't do it. He needs to go to USC as a Defensive Coordinator. Think about it, Lincoln is an Offensive Guru but, has NO defense. Dion was a DB & Defensive guru. He can focus just on that only.
