And I played and cleared classic many time over, on different private server over the last decades, so I think I know the topic. A few select greens will be bis just because of being level 25 and sometimes a really nice lvl25 boe green or a quest reward from a high level quest will be better than the available rares. As for who is excited about them, I actually think it's going to be super cool trying to pull off completing level 40 quests for their quest rewards to use at level 25, even if they're green!
