Thanks, my cousin had this game on his laptop in the 90s. The only thing I remembered about this game was the old lady shooting him and losing. This was definitely it.

Some of these are funny and some are down right piss your pants laughing. Handing your bullets to Danny and he says "yeah so" reminds me of in other Sierra games where you hand the wrong items to people and get yelled at for it.
I remember my roommate playing this game once and every time the funeral scene came on because he couldn't figure out what the hell he was doing he would get pissed and start screaming profanities left and right. It was funny the first few times but after awhile I got tired of hearing it and told him to either figure it out or turn it off already.
The worst part about dying in this game is that you have to watch a video of your funeral, as a procession of bagpipers play. The frustration of having had yet another game over was only made all the more infuriating by being forced to listen to the sounds of wheezing bagpipes for the 200th time.

I used to have this game. I thought it was cool that you could try out for the different positions on the team. Sierra must have really had a big budget to fit so much FMV content into the game.
nah wasent that mutch of a big thing. Many games from the early to mid 1990s were hyped about the CD that could store way more than a floppy disc. 3D was to render intensive so they made "videos". Was getting outtaded realy quick and replaced with 3D graphics

4:25 absolutely mind-bogglingly ludicrous that the rest of the training detail merrily fire from 7 yards while a single participant would head further from the targets, in this instance 15 yards(?), and thus possibly endanger the rest of the team. Had no idea one could shoot from further away than 7 yards, however the game designers should have had the rest of the firing line and instructor follow the player if transitioning between the different distances

I went and watched all ways to lose in police quest 1-4, was really disappointed in police quest 4 so was skeptical for this. not even 5 mins in this has me laughing good! thanks for the upload.
I used to get a real kick out of doing things to piss them off. I just love how calm, cool, & tactful that black guy JD is. That Danny Tello was a douche even if you were to just start a conversation with on the street.
+Richard Hunt agreed, JD was my favorite. I was thrilled when I qualified as a sniper, which was the coolest scenario.

The shot was fired by Saunders, the sniper, but the fact that Pup didn't follow the plan is what gets him suspended. He was assigned to cover side three in this iteration of the scenario, and he's still at side one.

that scene cracked me up so much for some reason
it's almost like the game series you don't know jack. it's funnier to mess up than it is to do right. in that series getting questions wrong was funnier than getting them right. i'd deliberately get a question wrong just to hear what the host says. there was this one really stupid answer that i just had to see what he says when i picked it. the question was how many cigarettes are in a standard pack in the us. one of the answers was one really long cigarette.
