Maybe you could try natural filtration with plants. Water Hyacinth, Water Lettuce, Floating Fern, Duckweed, Water Celery, Lilies, Watercress, Hornwort, & Fairy Moss (ect) by the hundreds floating on top, and in the water could drastically help

You can try a large freshwater storage tank instead of well water, either from rain water run off or have it trucked filled..and you can hook up a water polishers for both ponds but yeah that stinks the arrow died, stress is a Hugh killer for fish hope this one works out
The 5500 looks cloudy .. there is a very easy fix .... So if you take a container... Whatever kind and temporarily attach It to the inside of the tank and drill 1/4 holes in a line then put it at your outtake side, the water going back into the tank , then get pillow bedding from Walmart it's like 10$ it will clean it up in like a couple hours .. takes about 10 minutes to make... Did this on my brothers 3000 gallon above ground pool and it cleared up fast
Hiya just a option but as u have the pipes in the garden u could do automatic drinkers so they fill up naturally, only need to scrub them every other day and just check they are refilling other than that they are all set
Automate the water spigots!!! Get some water spigot timers (usually used for grass watering systems)... put a timer on the spigots, put the hose in the buckets, and youll never have to physically fill their buckets again! Or do rain water collection off of their housing roofs.

We own pigs too, and one thing we love to do is to find some tires, and buy a certain bucket that fits perfectly into those tires. And you can fill up all the waters without your pigs dumping it, our pigs dumped the water all the time and this is the best fix.
