Have you ever experienced a clicking sound in the middle part? I've tried adjusting the legs several times and the noise is still there.
I think it's the foil exactly in the place where it's folded which is cracking when your foot goes over it.
Hi, need help on my r1 pro. Just bought it and used it for a week then stopped due to some reasons. When I used it again, it is now making noise. I already put a lubricant oil. Its been raining and stucked in our bedroom. Could it possibly be because of the cold temp or just of not using it suddenly?
hi there, very helpful video! wanted to ask you though, since I had more than a year to use it, I put some silicone oil under the belt and always following the instructions of xiaomi, however when I start walking on it , the belt does not move at all and only the under the belt floor moves; I have to move at the middle of the walking pad in order for the belt to start moving, which is not comfortable at all! Any ides why this happens? thank you in advance!

I have Kingsmith R1 PRO I have just opened it up and tried it. The only problem is that there is a small bubble under the belt that feels a little bumpy and makes a popping sound. Is that normal?
Hey, mine can’t adjust the left feet. Turning it doesn’t work for some reason. All others can be turned. Is this normal? In your video it worked on the left one
Nope, that is a factory defect. There should be 6 adjustable Foot/Grip Pads and 2 are fixed in the bottom section of the treadmill. That is a common issue with these WalkingPads.
Hello, I need to replace the wheel on my r1 pro and cant find any information on how to do it. Do I need to disassemble the treadmill to do it?

Hi, i got same issue like you that my belt keep running to left. No matter how i adjust it will still move to left until the belt slip out and also the thread. And the nut at the left is already tighten when i keep turn to clockwise. Do i need to adjust the nut to anti clockwise first before i do this setting? Would appreciate your answer.

How about if the belt doesn’t even run.. I can hear the motor is running but not the belt.. I tried everything, make the belt in the middle, tighten it, loosen it.. but it doesnt work at all

How bout if the treadmil turns off by itself, it happens while i'm using this, after that it can't turned on anymore, can u help me please
My belt keeps going to the left and I've followed this video and now the bolt on the left is tight and it's still going to the left. Any other suggestions?
Did you find any sokution
Lift the bottom half up & let it hang by the belt then adjust it while suspended in the air you'll be able to easily level the belt & solve the one sided & slipping belt problem for good.
My R1 treadmill shows “Fold” in the screen. Do you know how to resolve this?

Once folded out it wont completely lock in place and once walking or running on it the back end starts bouncing like crazy. Its not a feet. adjustment. Anyone know what to do?

Firstly my R1pro was all ok. Then suddenly when i turn on the machine, the display showed a msg 'TEST' and after a couple of seconds the machine beeped 9 times and there was an error msg showing 'L' and it stopped working. Help!!!
Hi, all are 8-foot pads adjustable? or are just the ones on the foldable side? I got the treadmill and had already returned it because one of the pads in the folding side was stuck and not rotating for adjustment, now I wonder if all 8 feet have to be adjustable?
The first two near the handle only rotate but don't adjust. I know this bcos this is my second R1 treadmill the first had a similar problem to yours of feet tht are stuck & i returned it.

i have kingsmith x21 , and everything was fine.
Today i found out that the top button/ controller of my walking pad , display button changed its language to chinese. I want it back to english! Please help!

How to loosen the belt if you overtight it?
Did you figure it out? I suspect that the belt of my R2 Pro is too tight because I can't fold it up easily from the ground because of a hard resistance.
My treadmill is too noise
My belt is sliding and feel I will take off. Any ideas?

My walking pad suddenly stop working, after being used around 5 mins. When I turn off and on again, the belt can start running again. But after 5 mins, it will stop again. Do you know what's causing itu?

@@davidhjgayministry I contacted the service center. When with them, I cannot reproduce the symptom, lol.
Finally they just replace the motherboard.
I also notice that my house electricity voltage also very bad. So I fixed that as well.
Now it's working normal. Either one of them was fixing it

@@francescaspuzzles6090 they(the technicians) replaced the motherboard on the spot. They bring a spare motherboard during their visit

Very poor quality, used for a couple months then it became unusable. The deck broke at the bending and replacing it would cost me more than I paid for the whole thing. They said warranty would cover the component but I've to cover for shipping from China and the cost of it was ridiculously expensive. Terrible experience, will post a video shortly. DON'T BUY IT!!!
Hey have you posted the video? I ordered it in India and I am reconsidering. And yes if it becomes unusable after a months use, then it's really concerning.
