man Akumas stage is easily the best fighting stage of all time. Spooky background, intense fighting theme, its so perfect.

I’ve had this fight several times with my brother, who is a MUCH better player than I am. I play Alex, and this is such a bad match up for Akuma. Despite Alex’s many, many shortcomings, his health, his damage and his ability to stun fairly quickly causes Akuma lots of trouble.

Don't really agree, you could make similar arguments for hugo but the Alex and Hugo players I've fought mostly got rushed down or out neutral'd to death, yeah both sides have explosive offense but I think akuma is better at getting his offense going. You do get blown up really easily but I wouldn't call Alex a bad matchup in any way

@@stealthy9156 Oh, Akuma is the way better character, no doubt. All I meant was Alex can do some big damage to him.

Any character can do BIG damage to akuma, this character is all offense. But a godlike akuma player is almost impossible to beat. Just depends on the style of the player
