I can honest say that while I love Louis as an artist I might admire him more as a human being. His resilience and respect for his craft is something that you pick up very clearly. Louis music has always had a sense of optimism that I have always admired. His honesty is always front and center and I love that we are seeing more of this in the FITF era. Louis portrays himself as a very simple man but his thought and his expression of it is honestly my favorite thing. Louis is definitely a kaleidoscope so multifaceted I really really respect him.

It's not a carefully crafted image intended to just sell. I respect that. Probably why his fan base FIERCELY sticks with him and shows up for him. I absolutely love when Louis defends his fave people - when the reporter said something about 1D fans and he said "watch what you say" to this where he defends Zayn and Liam. Hope this interview helps both those relationships grow again! We need a reunion (even if all 5 together for a interview or hangout)

I love how respectful Louis was when speaking about Zayn. It really goes to show just how much he loves Zayn and his friendship he used to have with him back in 1D. Also, i agree with louis about the paul brothers being disrespectful during that interview with Liam. That whole interview was a set up to diss Zayn, I love zayn, and the paul brothers and everyone in that interview were just gross. I was also a little disappointed in Liam as well, because at the end of the day he didn't have to answer any personal or disrespectful questions but in the end he chose to reveal very personal stuff about zayn which was not cool. Yes I believe deep down Liam is probably a good person at heart, and maybe he was not in a good place mentally when he took that interview, but I hope he takes some time to reflect and apologise to Zayn. At the end of the day i really want the best for Harry, Zayn, Niall, Louis and Liam, and i hope that with time they can heal and be friends again, because they all deserve to be happy and in a good place mentally.

Like why did he have to do it so publicly? Like zac said he didn't even look at the bigger picture at the time I.e., Liam's mental health. When someone is in a really dark place, it's really important that people choose their words and actions wisely, and yes i would give the same advice to Liam too.

It was nice to hear Louis say him and his best mate takes Freddie to the park. He's able to be just a normal guy while spending time with his son. And that he is still with Stanley. Before Louis even started the X-Factor, he was with a girl named Hannah, and Stan was right there alongside him straight from the beginning. Stan was able to stick by Louis's side through all the craziness. They have a special relationship.

@julielabosky Louis and Stan have a special relationship. X-Factor video diaries, Louis would say, "I'd like to do a shout out to a random guy named Stan Lucas." Louis would do live streams and smile at someone behind the camera, and fans would ask him who was in the room with him? Louis would answer, Stan. Louis would also do live streams with Stan, where they would make prank phone calls, they were so cute together. Louis would post videos of Stan doing goofy dances while entertaining him. The boys had a documentary called "A Year In The Making." In that documentary, it was Stanley that went to Louis's school and interviewed Louis teachers. 1D had a radio interview, Louis told a story about renting a private plane and flying himself snd Stan away for the weekend. He said they had such a good time they did it again the following weekend. While telling the story, Louis had the biggest smile on his face. Harry would tease Louis by changing the lyrics. He would sing, "I can love you more than Stan." There was a Larry video I watched, I believe it was from either 2010 or 2011. In that video, they mention Louis and Harry, taking a skiing trip together. But what they didn't mention was that Louis and Harry were not alone. Louis took Stan along with him, and Harry invited a friend. Also a Larry Video 2015, there are several pictures of Louis out at the clubs picking up women, and Stanley is standing in the background of those pictures. It gave me My Policeman vibes. Larry fans would harass Stan on social media. They would try to force him into saying Larry was real. Stan was getting p*ssed, he denied Larry. Can you imagine having a relationship with someone who was famous and having to put up with their fans harassing you. Stan had to get off of social media for a while. That must really s*ck. I feel bad for Stan he has to sit there and watch Louis Larrybait. Louis is so afraid of losing his fan base that he'll do anything to keep them happy.

Absolutely agree with you. So sick of the pretentious musicians talking bla bla bla rather than just being real, honest & normal. There's far too many out there who are guarded & harp on for an hour & when you've listened to the whole interview, you feel nothing & know nothing about them. Whereas, whenever I listen to Louis interviews, I feel he opens up, not even having given any personal details away, but you know how he feels about his music & his fans. He's not impressed by the fakeness which I find endearing.💙

Zach just talking to Louis about his music and the thought process behind it. And that’s what I meant. Musicians often put in shiny box labelled: “Dance monkey,dance.” Entertainment at all cost. And it’s just not the case here. I hope I managed to clear that up. Love xx
The artists that come on here and just go in circles, talking about THEMSELVES and praising THEMSELVES get on my NERVES. Love when they act like a normal human being and have a normal conversation. Instead of putting themselves up on this pedal stool and feel like they have to speak this foreign language to let the audience know how “special” and “different” they are. Love when they are humble and are genuine

This was literally the best out of all the interviews I've watched recently,Louis just appears a lot more free and happy and I can feel his comfort through screen,interviewers asked great questions regarding his music while also giving the interview a punch with the spicy ones.Also,the way louis expresses his thoughts,he's just so well-spoken and authentic and honest.I really loved this one.

These two interviews Louis had with these guys are my favourite. They ask sensible questions that I actually want to hear the answers to. Louis seems trust them enough to give them comprehensive answers as well. When Louis talked about Liam and that manipulative interview with that posterior orifice, I nearly jumped of my seat with gratitude. The fact that Louis was so unturned with Liam to see that they nearly destroyed him with that horrific manipulation. I loved everyone in that room for sorting it for Liam. If anyone attacks him again all we have to do is show them this interview. I am so thankful for this to showcase how articulate Louis is with his craft, the business, Fatherhood, his life and his rapid fire sense of humour. To me these two interviews go in my Masterpiece folder. Thank you everyone involved🥰🥰🥰

Liam can be so unaware sometimes. That's what I see anyway. Hope you find the actual text but maybe it should stay lost because he really regrets it and we all go stuff on the spur of the moment🥰🥰🥰

Even dunk and sort of confused Liam really aprecciate Louis, they couldn't get him to said a bad thing about Louis, and not for the lack of trying, they only wanted to promote their program... they got a lot of publicity articles and views from that video... the edits and headlines were also bad, because they selected certain parts to make Liam look worse.

I don’t understand how such an imperfect mere mortal human can be so absolutely perfect, how Louis is 100% a rockstar but also an example of the most wholesome masculinity. Honestly, the boost in dopamine and oxytocin his voice gifts me is on another level. I never tire of this man when he’s honest with us or cheeky or vulnerable or closed off. Relistened to this interview after a year, and I still love it. Have been playing the album both in my car and at home for a year, and also still love it. Obsessed actually. Special appreciation for the kindness to Zayn and Liam. And a huge thank you to Zach for intelligent questions and the general vibe. 10/10 even after hearing it again.

I really admire Louis, he was always my fave but I always saw him like this badass guy, the stressed one, idk how to properly explain. But I’ve come to realize he’s actually really intelligent and he genuinely cares, I used to think he was in the band to have some fun and get some girls, but he really loves it and actually cares so much about the fans. I love the part where he explain why he lets people touch him and the fact that he doesn’t talk shit about people choking him, putting fingers in his mouth and touching his private parts, even though it is beyond limits, you can see he really respects his fans and understands that even if some people cross the line, it comes from a place of pure happiness and excitement that sometimes overcomes people reasoning.
You articulated this one so well. Exactly. He could have shaded them but no, he knows how the media is, they pick up on sound bites and go with it, twist his words. He knows better than anyone to paint any of his fans in that light. He truly cares about us. He managed to say what was off limits without shading fans who were crossing them. He truly is very very intelligent and well spoken. What's amazing is that he has always been like this. I clearly remember him going out of his way to defend us. Knowing how the media was shading teenage fans for intense love we had for the band. He was always so smart and passionate. He always had our back.
I love Louis and all his little things
I was 11 when I became a fan, I'm 20 now. I'll admit I'm over heavy "fangirling" over celebrities, including him. For most people, I can't watch interviews this long, but this interview, and all of his promo rounds have gone by so quickly. He will never acknowledge me, and he's not a huge part of my life anymore, but there's just something about him that makes me feel whole and at ease. Thank you Louis for everything you do, and thank you Zach Sang show for delivering yet another amazing interview.
This guy just doesn’t seem to age! I remember him when he first appeared on The X Factor and he barely looks any different!. He also seems very intelligent. I’ve never been a 1D fan but having seen this and the Harry Styles on Howard Stern interview I must admit I am impressed by both of them.
I love this interview so much, I just love coming back here every few weeks just to listen to Louis talk and smile. We need more interviews like this with him, so many interviewers are so rude or annoying with their questions.
