Might also be one of the mains connections into or after the relay. Some years ago my wife had been complaining that the oven was not reliably heating the lower element, and I eventually found that solder joints around the relay contacts had cracked. Resoldered the relays with nice tin lead solder, and it has been reliable for the lifetime of two heating elements (just installed a third element a few weeks ago).

thanks for your video. One suggestion would be to keep the camera fixed. I took several screenshots with slow playback, but it is very difficult to find out the value of R11 and C6. thanks.
