Has anyone observed that in many of their videos, they start cooking in the afternoon, and the kids are eating almost always at dusk, or at night. Its certainly laborious and time consuming to prepare food for such large number of children. My respect to the team of young lads doing this for the kids!

They are not poor people. This is their way of life. They probably eat all day long off the land and trees and cook throughout the day. Besides, look at all those lobsters! Not many could afford all those lobsters. They cook these "special" dishes in bulk for filming, IMO
For me the point is they're feeding their community. Their trying to do something. Thanks to them maybe some of the kids could got the chance to try many kind of food even around the world, which could open their insight about the other part of the world. Not only their surrounding

This is some quality cooking tbh they didnt have to use lobster or even seal the pot with dough. A lot of people who do this type of thing cook with quantity not with quality and Grandpas kitchen does both. Thats why I subscribe!

From an American perspective, lobster is a food for the very rich so this was wonderful to watch!
It is a luxury too from where I am. But as a father myself, it just makes me very happy to see these kids enjoying their meal.
Since they seem to be living next to the coast they might have caught the lobsters themselves in that case it would be very affordable. Just depends on where you live for example if you lived in Florida and went out fishing you can easily catch lobsters and have a huge feast that might cost you next to nothing. Just depends
