We were facing a couple of problems after we shifted to this Apartment. One was the pigeon menace and second, a lot of water was coming into our house during the rainy seasons as the balcony's were open. When we approached Eureka with our problems, they arranged for multiple technical visits to understand and provide a perfect solution to our problems. Also they had to provide a custom solution for each space as there was heavy wind pressure in the master bedroom balcony and the children's balcony had a curvature which was not very common. Their engineers worked round the clock and it has been over a month since the installation has been done. We have seen heavy rains lashing Bangalore the past few days and we have not faced any problem. Mr Naveen's residence was in the Chartered Beverly Hills apartment located in Gubbalala which is situated on a hilly terrain.
