I'd say review more builds made in default. The stuff you can do using worldedit and cubedpack makes each building feel kinda soulless

Thanks for looking at my city and making it the thumbnail :D You nailed the cities I take most of my inspiration from! My main inspiration is New York, but yeah, the elevated rail lines were inspired directly from Chicago.

Last build was super cool! I live in Boston and I've been basing my build a lot on Boston and Portland, ME, I never see people taking inspiration from New England and I think it's a really great untapped resource. If you come across any others I'd love to see them!

Oh wow, I was not expecting to see my builds in here! (the builds from 2:25 to 3:47)
These houses were built in 1.20, hence the red wood blocks and trapdoors you didn’t recognize.

have you ever thought about using mods to build? i'd be really interested to see what level of detail you could make with chisel and bits. theres also a 1.12.2 mod called littletiles where you can essentially make chisel and bits creations serve purpose (like a sittable chair, kitchen cabinets w/ chest storage, etc)

I’m working on my first ever Minecraft build, it is going to be a mix between Guthrie, Ok. And Bricktown in Oklahoma City. The only building I’ve done so far is, the Guthrie state capital building, it’s just the name it’s really just a power office and it’s looking great. My next plan is to make the bricktown canal
I’m doing all of this of an Xbox with no cheats or anything so you can understand how long and annoying this is to build
