What’s “Growing” On In The Garden??? The Good, The Bad And The Gross!!!

Look what’s growing in the garden other than my beautiful yellow roses…

I have been dealing with this for about two years now and it’s still just as disgusting as the first day I discovered it.
I have tried many things to get rid of it but it is almost impossible especially if you’re a gardener.
I have tried getting it up as soon as I see it, tried watering it back into the soil, tried putting baking soda on it, tried rubbing alcohol, etc…and absolutely nothing has worked!!!
But I will never let it stop me from gardening, believe that!!!
Do any of you have any experience with this in your gardens???
