    Thank you for the video! Also, I could add Baltic counties to this list. For instance, Estonia is cheaper than other EU counties, and the tuition fee is about €3000/year. Also a lot of English-language programs at Universities there.

    Though affordable in terms of tuition, the major drawback of studying in these countries is you've to be rich. Germany requiring about 10,000 euros, Norway and other Nordic countries requiring same amount in a blocked account isn't affordable for the average person.

    Hi YMGrad, I agree with you for what you said, but another place you should to talk is Quebec, there is lot of indian indian student in Quebec and the tuition fee is not very high specially à college or even at university, they are the cheaper in canada. The education is good, you can study in 3 englophone university McGill, Concordia and Bishop, the diplôma are recognized in the world and finally the dwelling are the cheapest in Canada and more than in your 5 country.
