The principal in a school in Fresno California was fired after pushing one of his own students. 😑 #fresno #principal #student #fired #raywilliamjohnson
When I heard push, I thought the kid just got a little shove but that principal straight up hadokened the kid to the next school. The principal pulled a donkey kong and literally ground pounded that kid in.
Actually that's for any person working in the school system including bus drivers especially ones with a aid now here's a sad thing it comes to some people I see kids with disabilities mostly do things they don't have control of and that's even tossed out the window however though under any circumstances autism or not principal was out of line for that
"Threatened the principal" The principal should have simply rusticated the kid, he had fair grounds to do so, and he would have kept his job and his social integrity
@@macwyll Yup, I'm glad the principal got canned!!! If he has skin so thin that you can't take some insults from a little kid without assaulting him...he shouldn't be working with kids! 🤦🏽♂️
In that situation, you can gently push them out of your personal space if they're getting aggressive and threatening, and if they don't calm down then call their parents and/or the police to have them removed from the premises while you arrange for them to be expelled. If he is getting physically violent then a shove is justified. But going straight to that level of shove is just disproportionate.
