This is wild. I grew up in Anaheim as a writer, eventually moved out to LA. I met some MSK/AWR cats and things changed but, in my time in Orange County, I would paint the infamous train line mentioned. If you know you know. But often I would be running into Drugs. And we never REALLY talked when we crossed paths... But one day, I was returning to get some film on some freights that came through. And Drugs was present at the time with someone from AUB-not our friend here. But Drugs jumped me. Full on attacked me. He knew who I was, knew we had blood connection and still he jumped me. I'll never forget because the news went hot the next day. I got calls from EVERYONE. Saying they'll talk to him so on and so forth. Anyway, I wish we had made amends. I wish it never had happened. When I heard he passed I literally cried. I knew him, as Steve. And you know, the substances change things, change people. Overtime it gets worse. I still don't know what compelled him to attack at the train yard. He had mentioned, I was burning the line, but, come on, so was EVERYONE else. EVERYONE got that line. I almost died there lol!

Dope interview. Shux is on point with the history of LBC graff. Much respect to Shux....dude's still gettin up and his spot on the truck parked on Magnolia ave is no doubt his...even though some toy tried to stamp him. Shux burned him every time he stamped. Big ups to Shux!!
I remember when he was this kid in gradeschool finding his platform. He was definitely one to take note of even at that age.

I remember FATOE and BASIC they were from OFA in Carson and they were Dooope ass piecers in the mid 90's and they were doing legal walls back then... And D2DIS i remember when they had gotten so Big that ZERES RIP and CHEAT from D2DIS had given each city pf that Crew numbers 7 was the carson click, The 3 click was torrance, the 4 click was Gardena etc etc. they had 16 clicks in total and the 16 click was san pedro.. At that time CASE and REPO were the main heads of D.I.S and FUSION FROM D.I.S WAS KILLING Heavens that was around the time when D2DIS battled OFA on the 110fwy and both crews killed the 110 fwy!!! The 90's were a Good time for Graffiti!!!! RIP ZERES D2DIS7, SASHA, SMOKE D2DIS4.. NEAR1 B.O.D, BRAKE1 O.F.A.K...

Hr was a krew back in my day that I’ve seen in the north side Long Beach then went to bby Jordan and met some foos from there and that’s when everyone I knew tagged banged or blazed it I love my city Long Beach 🤙🏽
