- This Product is mainly designed and tuned to reduce the body roll in your Mahindra Thar. This provides added stability when installed with ARC Shock Absorbers and ARC Composite Leaf Springs.
No Modification needed to install this product. It fits onto the chasis tappings given by Mahindra. All the parts including nuts are given in the package, just order and give it to the Local Garages,they will do the rest with the help of this video.

What are the advantages of this suspension comparing to stock one
The above suspension system consists changes:

Metal Leaf springs with ARC Composite Leaf Springs - which will make all the suspension absorb the jerks of bad roads, or even the sudden movements of the suspension will be completely arrested. Metal leaf springs have a tendancy to transfer the jerk to the vehicle cabin, whereas composite leaf spring absorbs the sudden jerks and smoothens it. Sort of like in normal bus compared to Volvo Air suspension feeling.

OEM Shock Absorbers to ARC Shock Absorbers - due to the changing variable of enhanced absorbtion of jerks, the shock absorbers need to be tuned accordingly to reduce sway movement of the vehicle. Which makes the cabin more stable and luxurious all while maintaining utmost comfort and stability on all terrains. The vehicle gets more grip as well as turns better. High speed stability increases. Body roll characteristics will be reduced down to bare minimum. Having a well tuned suspension system makes the vehicle drive feel effortless and easy to handle, and comfortable on bad/good roads.

Bolt on ARC Anti-Roll bar helps to articulate the vehicle in a similar fashion like shock absorbers, although Shock absorbers work as independent suspension. Anti Roll bar works in conjunction with rear tires, it serves an additional stability purpose like seen in Corvette (Transverse Leaf Spring). It makes the vehicle sporty and easy to maneuver while making sure the vehicle doesn't tip on one side too much in speed turning.
Anti roll bar is bad for off roading.

@@Vyakta93 When I say off-roading I mean extreme ones...check out "disengaging sway bars on CZcams". In short it's done to increase suspension articulation, that's why some off-roading vehicles come with the ability to engage and disengage anti-sway bars just by pressing a button.
