Learning to save money at a very young age is one of the best things that we can teach our kids, not just for the very reason of having something when you need it in the future, but for teaching them to give value to every single penny that will touch their hands.

Maybe your kids. For very young kids Id rather put focus on things in life and teach them the value of things that don't require money.
That exact mindset is why our society is so sick and fucked up.
Kids should be kids until a certain age. They can still learn the importance of money in our fucked up society once they get to a certain age.
1. Connect hard work with success.
2. Be committed to your dream & do it more/better than everyone else.
3. In order to start, just start. Don't risk it all, but get out there and try.
3(b). Find the right people to work with... know your strengths and weaknesses & pick partners with different skills.
4. Really analyze what you'e going to do... market research, branding, thinking are all essential.
5. Be humble, listen, and absorb information as much as possible. The earlier the better!

I am surprised at how many arrogant people are commenting here, saying that they don't need Jon's advice or he got lucky. We only see 30% of what Jon, Benni and Janni have put in to get here. [yes, Janni works incredibly hard too].
Of course we have to take the advice with a pinch of salt but damn guys, chill. At the end of the day, we are all different, but there is always ways to better your situation. You are either open or closed. Open people find a way to thrive; whether it's in 5 minutes or 5 years.
Please do not tell me I'm wrong. I was born into a poor family, but the more "open minded" I am, is the more I see that opportunities are everywhere.
I thank God for Jon, Janni and Benni, because there isn't enough people that spread this pure kind of positivity around to people's lives.

Guys, remember to be critical with what you hear! I know a lot of the people who subscribe Jon is less than 20-years-old. What has worked with him probably won't work with you. Take all your motivation, go to school, study and when you graduate, you have a different view on every aspect of life: especially in business. Not everyone can make a fortune with skiing. Don't underestimate the value of studying. I admire what Jon does and what he has done but for the young people who might idolize him, be critical! I like Jon's and Benni's vlogs and I have been watching them for ages and thank you for the content! In conclusion: do what you love, but make sure you won't be bankrupt after a year.
Bankrupcy is just a pitstop. School give people little to no skills relatable to real business. Do what you love, and if that makes you go bankrupt, so be it. You can recover from bankrupcy

josef biro. Hey kid listen, dont spread this kind of BS you hear in your local business paper. I have computer science degree, now I work for a company as a consultant that pays me $110k/yearly and I have my company where I generate over 300k/yearly where I can cash in atleast 20% of these 300k. (rest goes back into investment, and the company is rapidly growing each year). All of this thanks to my university degree which helped me to earn more than many people do.
Just to tell you another story, my friend have a software engineering degree (similar to mine). His company generates over 100k/monthly. Without the degree, believe he would not have all this things. You can do it without university, but school gives you the knowledage.
