- Former President Donald Trump said he wants to debate US President Joe Biden but will ask for a drug tests, as he accused Biden of being "high as a kite" during the State of the Union address.
During a visit to Minneapolis, Trump mocked one of the moderators but said he expected them to be fair and said a deal was in the works for a debate between vice presidential candidates, even though Trump has not announced his pick yet.
Biden and Trump have agreed to two debates ahead of November's election, scheduling televised face-offs that could prove critical in their tight rematch to win the White House.

He can't follow the simplest rules of conduct. That's why any serious person engaging in a "debate" with Trump wants to secure fundamental basic behaving through a strict code of rules and the necessity to be able to cut his microphone and remove the people he uses as distractions when he lacks a real argument. Is it really to much to ask for a presidential candidate to come up with relevant arguments for his/ hers political plans for the country??? - And NOT just wining about his personal criminal court struggles and his revenge plans for everyone opposing him.
